The best way for us to improve our service is by listening to you, our patients, so please let us know how we are doing …..right and wrong.
We encourage the use of patient feedback forms which are available in both waiting rooms and on reception.

At Loughborough Road we take great pride in the quality of our service however there may be occasions when things do not go to plan.
In these unfortunate circumstances we aim to address any concerns or misunderstandings at the earliest opportunity.

Generally a simple phone call, explanation or reassurance is all that is required to rectify the situation.

Should you need to make a formal complaint we promise to deal with this promptly, courteously and confidentially in order to resolve the matter to everyones’ satisfaction.
